Alejandra Obando

Business Development Director
Alejandra Obando graduated in International Studies and Modern Languages, with a specialization in public communications & marketing.
Before working as an analyst and product manager in the Quebec Civil Service, Alejandra was able to work in different institutions and projects which allowed her to practice the knowledge acquired in her studies and to express herself and live unique experiences.
Passionate about cultures and travel, she is involved in various associations and foundations that promote personal development and equal rights. Wanting to make a change in the lives of others, Alejandra decides to get involved in this magnificent project “A girl, a bag” in order to inspire and contribute to the development of women by allowing them to achieve their dreams.
Alejandra is of Colombian origin, and has found a range of opportunities in Canada. Thus, she would like to be able to contribute to ensuring that other women, regardless of their age or origin, can also have the opportunities to exchange, be heard and take action!
“A journey of a thousand miles always begins with a first step” (Lao Tzu), so why not help these women take their first step towards a world full of opportunities and adventures!
